In this instance the survey on St Lawrence Court Halls of Residence was done from a cherry picker and instantly revealed missing tiles. It also showed the poor condition of detailing and some perished Underfelt.

Under1 managed the process from start to finish, first recommending a replacement in the form of Sandtoft tiles and complementary products including the use of Celotex Insulation.
